Dana Incorporated to Sell European Hydraulics Business to HPI Group

Dana has announced its agreement to sell its European hydraulics business to HPI Group, with the transaction expected to be completed in the first half of 2024. The deal includes a supply agreement for Dana to continue receiving components from the combined hydraulics business.
