Private Equity Firm CD&R to Acquire Majority Stake in Presidio from BC Partners

Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has agreed to purchase a majority ownership position in information technology provider Presidio from UK-based BC Partners. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but CD&R mentioned that BC Partners would still maintain a minority share in the company.
