Private Equity Firm Halifax Sells Majority Stake in Southern Exteriors to Monomoy Capital Partners

The middle-market private equity firm, The Halifax Group, has sold a majority stake in Southern Exteriors, a full-service installer of exterior building solutions, to Monomoy Capital Partners. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
