Inngest, a startup specializing in serverless backend development, announced that it has raised $6.1 million funding round to bolster its platform and accommodate growing enterprise demand for workflow management and data assistance. The funding was led by Martin Casado and Yoko Li from a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), with follow-on investment from existing investors: GGV, Afore Capital and Guillermo Rauch.
