AlphaGen Expands Portfolio with Brandywine Power Facility Acquisition

Alpha Generation, LLC, in collaboration with ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired Brandywine Power, a 250 MW generating facility in Maryland, from Onward Energy Holdings, LLC. The acquisition strengthens Alpha Generation's position as the largest private independent power producer in the U.S. and enhances its ability to provide reliable power to customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
