Ares Private Equity Fund Acquires Majority Stake in Epika Fleet Services

Ares Private Equity fund has acquired a majority stake in Epika Fleet Services, providing the company with additional capital to expand its service offerings and customer base. The Ares Management Corporation, the parent company of Ares Private Equity, is a global alternative investment manager with over $525 billion of assets under management.
