Arxis, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Omnetics Connector Corporation and MagCanica, Inc.

Arxis, Inc. in partnership with Arcline Investment Management is set to acquire Omnetics Connector Corporation and MagCanica, Inc. The acquisitions, valued at approximately $890 million, are expected to strengthen Arxis' position in the market.
