Bowman Consulting Group Announces Acquisition of Exeltech Consulting, Inc.

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. has finalized a purchase agreement to acquire Exeltech Consulting, Inc., expanding its national transportation and ports and harbors practices. The deal is financed with a combination of cash, seller term notes, and a convertible note, and is expected to close on or after November 5, 2024.
