Cadence Acquires Secure-IC for Embedded Security IP Integration

Cadence has announced the acquisition of Secure-IC, aiming to integrate its talent and established portfolio of embedded security IP with Cadence’s silicon-proven IP offerings. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
