ChowNow Acquires Cuboh to Strengthen Online Ordering and POS Integration Solutions

ChowNow, the online ordering platform for local restaurants, acquires Cuboh, a point-of-sale (POS) platform to strengthen its integration solution. The acquisition will help restaurants manage orders across multiple services. ChowNow laid off around 30 employees as part of the acquisition.
