Columbia Banking System's Acquisition of Pacific Premier Bancorp Secures Regulatory Approvals

Columbia Banking System, Inc. and Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. have received all necessary regulatory approvals for their all-stock transaction, where Columbia will acquire Pacific Premier. The transaction, announced on April 23, 2025, is expected to be finalized around August 31, 2025.
