Edgewater Midstream Completes Acquisition of Sinco Pipeline System and Colex Terminals

Edgewater Midstream LLC, backed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream, has acquired the Sinco Pipeline system, Colex East, and Colex West Terminals in Houston from Shell USA, Inc. The acquired assets include intrastate refined products pipelines, motor fuels storage capacity, and strategic connections to major refined products pipelines in the United States.
