First Federal Bank Acquires Fidelity Bank's Mortgage Division, NOLA Lending Group

First Federal Bank expands retail mortgage services and offers additional technology tools through the acquisition of Fidelity Bank's mortgage division, NOLA Lending Group. The bank anticipates retaining most NOLA Lending Group employees and the legal aspects of the transaction were handled by Alston & Bird and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings.
