Keurig Dr Pepper to Acquire GHOST Lifestyle LLC and GHOST Beverages LLC

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GHOST Lifestyle LLC and GHOST Beverages LLC, collectively known as GHOST. The acquisition involves initially purchasing a 60% stake in GHOST, with the remaining 40% to be acquired in 2028. The transaction is projected to be neutral to modestly accretive to KDP's adjusted EPS starting in 2025.
