Pelican Energy Partners Acquires GSE Systems, Inc. in All-Cash Transaction

GSE Solutions is being acquired by Pelican Energy Partners in an all-cash transaction for $4.10 per share, representing a 50% premium to GSE's closing share price as of August 7, 2024.
