Rotunda Capital Partners' Investment in Lehman Pipe and Supply, Inc. Sparks Growth Strategy

Rotunda Capital Partners has partnered with existing management to invest in Lehman Pipe and Supply, Inc., a distributor of industrial pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) to commercial HVAC and plumbing contractors. The partnership aims to implement a growth and value creation strategy, including selective acquisitions and new greenfield locations. Financing for the partnership was provided by TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners.
