Society Brands Acquires Clarifion and Cleanomic to Drive Revenue Diversification

Society Brands has acquired two Orange County, Calif.-based brands, Clarifion and Cleanomic, marking its 11th acquisition and representing over $100 million in annual revenue. The majority of the company's revenue comes from direct-to-consumer sales through Shopify.
