Standex International Corporation Acquires McStarlite Co. for $56.5 Million in Cash

Standex International Corporation has acquired McStarlite Co., a California-based provider of aerospace components, for approximately $56.5 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to Standex's earnings in the first year.
