Vertiv Expands Thermal Services with Acquisition of King Environmental Services

Vertiv Holdings Co plans to acquire King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), a Europe-based provider of fluid management, commissioning, and load-testing services, to expand its global thermal management services capabilities into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The acquisition is expected to enhance support for customers deploying complex AI and high-density infrastructure.
