Voldex, a prominent Roblox developer, has acquired Brookhaven, a popular life simulation game, solidifying its position as the leading Roblox developer. The acquisition was made possible through recent capital raise transactions, with equity financing led by Raine Partners and additional participation from various investment firms. Shamrock Capital led the debt financing to support Voldex's expansion.
