VTech Acquires Gigaset's Assets and Manufacturing Facilities in Germany

VTech Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of Gigaset Communications GmbH's assets and manufacturing facilities in Germany through its subsidiary Gigaset Technologies GmbH, marking its first manufacturing facilities in Europe. The acquisition encompasses DECT cordless phones, business telephony solutions, and Android-based mobile communications, with a discontinuation of Gigaset's cloud-based smart home business.
