AI Company Glean Raises $150 Million in Series F Funding Round

Glean, an enterprise AI company, has secured a substantial $150 million in its Series F funding round led by Wellington Management, valuing the company at $7.2 billion. This funding round comes closely after the company's Series E round in September, where it raised $260 million at a $4.6 billion valuation, marking a doubling in valuation since its previous funding in February 2024.
Since early 2024, Glean has amassed a total of $610 million in funding, significantly elevating its valuation from $2.2 billion to $7.2 billion. Notably, Glean achieved a milestone of surpassing $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in its last fiscal year, just three years after its initial launch. The company's offerings include AI-powered tools for enterprise employees to search corporate documents using natural language processing, integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Zendesk.
Additionally, Glean provides AI agent products. Among the contributors to the Series F funding round are notable names like Khosla Ventures, Bicycle Capital, Geodesic Capital, Archerman Capital, as well as existing investors Altimeter, Capital One Ventures, Citi, Coatue, DST Global, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Latitude Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Sequoia Capital.
