AI Security Platform Ox Raises $60M in Series B Funding

Ox Security, a platform that scans for vulnerabilities in AI-generated code and models risk across both AI- and human-produced code, announced the closure of a $60 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by DTCP with participation from IBM Ventures, Microsoft, Swisscom Ventures, Evolution Equity Partners, and Team8.

Founded by Neatsun Ziv and Lior Arzi in 2021, Ox is focused on providing tools to scan code in applications and secure a company’s supply chain, offering threat modeling, code review assistance, and executive reports. The platform currently analyzes over 100 million lines of code daily for around 200 customers, including eToro, SoFi, Microsoft, and IBM.

With plans to double its $10 million annual recurring revenue by the end of the year, Ox aims to achieve cash-flow positivity within 2-3 years and intends to use the new capital to drive growth, expansion, and competitive positioning in the market against rivals such as Snyk, Veracode, Synopsis, and Checkmarx.
