Singapore-based vision AI startup Ailytics announced a $7.4 million Series A to expand its real-time safety and operations platform for heavy industries. The round was led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from SEEDS (SG Growth Capital), Safie — Japan’s leading cloud camera company — and construction giant firms’ family offices alongside existing investors. This follows a $2.7 million pre-Series A from Tin Men Capital in April 2024, marking a rapid expansion from 70 projects in four countries to over 400 deployments across 15 markets.

Ailytics began by applying its technology to Singapore’s public housing (HDB) projects and has since scaled to serve major clients and facilities worldwide, including NatSteel, PaxOcean, DHL, and high-profile infrastructure sites such as Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome and the Changi Airport Terminal 5 construction site. Co-founder and CEO Lenard Tan emphasized that the new funding accelerates hiring for local and regional teams across the United States, Japan, Australia, and the Gulf, reinforcing Ailytics’ aim to build a global industrial AI company from Singapore. The company’s flagship product, Ailyssa, converts feeds from existing two-dimensional CCTV cameras into a three-dimensional spatial understanding. It operates effectively in challenging outdoor environments, rain, dust, and low-light conditions, delivering real-time, actionable safety and operations insights.

The recent upgrade, AilyssaX, enhances the platform’s contextual scene processing on the move and validates multi-step procedures, enabling more precise and meaningful alerts while keeping AI running costs low as demand grows. Executives from Tin Men Capital underscored the startup’s robust unit economics and low client churn, noting the company’s presence across 15 markets and its ability to serve heavy industries with durable, scalable AI.

Ailytics plans to leverage the funding to advance its domain-specific reasoning models and widen its global footprint while maintaining cost efficiency for customers. Since its 2021 inception in Singapore, Ailytics has transformed how facilities use CCTV for safety and operational oversight, positioning itself as a key enabler for industrial digitalization in harsh environments.
