The round was spearheaded by Madrona, with contributions from BRM, Portage, F2 Venture Capital, Viola Ventures, and Lumir Ventures. The company anticipates that AI will autonomously resolve over half of all claims by the end of the year, with 75% of the remaining claims being settled on first contact.
