Amulet Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm specializing in the healthcare sector, has successfully closed its Amulet Capital Fund III with approximately $1.2 billion in capital commitments. The oversubscribed fund attracted a diverse range of global institutional investors, expanding the firm's managed assets to approximately $2.7 billion.

Fund III will continue Amulet's investment strategy, focusing on high-growth subsectors within the life sciences outsourcing, healthcare provider, and payor services ecosystems. The firm's successful track record and adaptive investment approach have garnered consistent support, marking the third consecutive above-target raise.
