Ark Labs Raises $5.2M in Seed Round to Boost Bitcoin Capital and Digital Asset Support

Ark Labs has successfully secured $5.2M in a seed funding round to facilitate the utilization of Bitcoin capital through its flagship technology, Arkade. Notable contributors in the round include Tether, Ego Death Capital, Epoch VC, Lion26, Sats Ventures, and Contribution Capital, with involvement from Anchorage Digital, Ralph Ho, and other prominent digital asset and fintech leaders. This funding elevates Ark Labs' total institutional support to over $7.7M, following a pre-seed round endorsed by Draper Associates, Fulgur Ventures, and Axiom Capital.
The company is revolutionizing open financial infrastructure on Bitcoin, enabling instantaneous, programmable transactions for wallets, fintechs, and financial institutions. With the platform operational since October 2025, partners are already constructing solutions across payments, lending, and cross-network settlement. Marco Argentieri, CEO of Ark Labs, indicates that the programmable infrastructure brought by Arkade resolves the limitations previously faced by Bitcoin, and the involvement of Tether is expected to expedite these advancements. Arkade aims to provide programmable tools for wallets, fintechs, and asset issuers, with instant execution and Bitcoin settlement assurances. Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, expresses the priority to expand access to stablecoins on the Bitcoin network, emphasizing the potential for greater financial inclusion, enhanced cross-border payments, and improved global liquidity.
The funding will be allocated to expand the team across developer relations, product development, partner onboarding, and the necessary developer tools to integrate stablecoin and Bitcoin liquidity at production scale. Ark Labs is committed to establishing open, neutral infrastructure as digital finance transitions from niche to mainstream. The company is supported by Tether, Ego Death Capital, Epoch VC, Draper Associates, Fulgur Ventures, and other prominent digital asset investors.
