ChatSee.ai has successfully secured a $6.5 million funding round with True Ventures leading the investment, alongside First Rays Venture Partners, Seven Hills Ventures, and industry veterans. The company plans to utilize the funding to expand its engineering capabilities and accelerate the deployment of autonomous AI systems in enterprises.

The increasing use of custom agents and embedded platforms in customer interactions, operational workflows, and enterprise decision-making systems has highlighted a growing need for continuous runtime assurance across enterprise workflows. ChatSee.ai aims to address this need by providing a failure intelligence platform for autonomous AI systems, enabling enterprises to improve the reliability, governance, and operational trust of AI systems running in production.

Co-founded by serial entrepreneur Sekhar Sarukkai and joined by co-founder Sanjay Agrawal, PhD, ChatSee.ai introduces a failure intelligence layer for enterprise AI systems, focusing on understanding behavioral failures, preserving context, capturing remediation knowledge, and tracking recurrence over time. This approach aims to shift AI operations from humans merely supervising agents to humans and agents collaboratively improving outcomes, turning reactive oversight into continuous, governed AI operations at scale.
