Conveyor, a market leader in AI Agents for B2B customer trust workflows, has announced a $20 million Series B funding round led by SignalFire, with participation from Oregon Venture Fund and Cervin Ventures. The investment is set to fuel the growing enterprise demand for Customer Trust Automation solutions, with a particular focus on Sue – the AI Agent for B2B security review automation – and the acceleration of Phil, the industry's first AI Agent for RFP automation. The funding round also sees enterprise software veteran Chris Farinacci joining Conveyor as an independent board member. CEO Chas Ballew expressed excitement about SignalFire's support, emphasizing the company's aim to fully automate complex end-to-end workflows and remove trust bottlenecks that hinder enterprise sales.

The investment demonstrates Conveyor's leadership in the emerging Customer Trust Automation space and highlights its vision for an AI-driven future at the intersection of compliance and sales, powered by high-context, domain-expert agents. The company's total funding now reaches $40 million, reinforcing its commitment to transforming customer trust through AI. Enterprise sales processes are often hindered by exhaustive security reviews, with Conveyor's 2024 State of Security Review revealing that reviews take an average of 3.1 weeks to complete, leading to deal delays for over half of sales teams.

With the growing adoption of AI in go-to-market efforts, Conveyor is well-positioned to address the demand, having already answered over 1 million questions, facilitated more than 800,000 Trust Center interactions, and achieved a 3x growth rate. Sue, the breakthrough AI Agent, has significantly reduced the turnaround time for customer security reviews and has proven to be a valuable asset in enterprise sales. Building on Sue's success, Conveyor has introduced Phil, the industry's first AI Agent dedicated to RFP automation, further strengthening its AI-driven offerings. The company's success in deploying Sue and demonstrating measurable outcomes in large tech companies validates its unique position as a pioneer in applying agentic AI to the complexities of B2B customer trust.

The funding will be used to scale AI research and engineering teams, expand go-to-market initiatives, and advance the vision of enabling AI-to-AI trust exchange in customer interactions. With over 480 customers, including top-tier enterprises like Atlassian, Zendesk, and Qualtrics, Conveyor's technology has already proven to accelerate trust building and drive faster revenue growth for high-profile organizations.
