EliseAI SECURES $350M Funding at $4B Valuation, Accelerates AI-Driven Admin Automation

AI startup EliseAI disclosed on Tuesday that it has raised $350 million in a new funding round, valuing the company at $4 billion—doubling its worth since its Series E last August. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing backers. Founded in 2017, EliseAI builds software that automates administrative and operational tasks for housing and healthcare organizations.
The company says its platform is now used by roughly one in six apartment properties nationwide and reported crossing $200 million in annual recurring revenue earlier this summer. In a push to deepen the platform’s capabilities, EliseAI this month launched Apollo, an AI “teammate” embedded directly into the EliseAI environment to assist across leasing, maintenance, and renewals. CEO Minna Song told TechCrunch that Apollo is designed to work across every role on a property team, enabling tasks to be handled more seamlessly within a single system.
On the healthcare side, EliseAI’s workflows automate patient-related paperwork—from initial inbound calls and referrals to scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-ups—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The company has targeted housing and healthcare because they represent two of the largest expenses for American households, according to Song. The fresh capital will likely support growth, product development, and expansions of the Apollo assistant’s reach within both verticals.
