Exaforce, an AI startup specializing in real-time attack detection and prevention, has raised $125 million in a Series B funding round. The investment, led by HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, and Seligman Ventures, marks the company's valuation at $725 million. This funding comes just a year after the startup's $75 million Series A, bringing its total funding to $200 million.

Exaforce utilizes AI agents called 'Exabots' to automate security operations through deep data analysis, significantly reducing manual tasks. The company's AI platform aims to address the high volume of false threat alerts by streamlining security processes and introducing features like 'vibe hunting' to investigate potential attacks.

With the rise in cyberattacks, Exaforce anticipates doubling its customer base by the year's end, citing heightened customer interest in operationalizing its AI-enabled security solutions. However, the company faces competition from both startups and industry giants, including 7AI, Dropzone AI, Palo Alto Networks, and CrowdStrike.
