Firestorm Labs Secures $47M in Series A Funding for Advanced Additive Manufacturing Technologies

Firestorm Labs, Inc., a company specializing in advanced additive manufacturing technologies, has announced securing $47 million in Series A funding. The investment round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and included substantial contributions from defense-focused investors such as Lockheed Martin Ventures, Decisive Point, Washington Harbour Partners, and Booz Allen Ventures.

The funding also incorporates $12 million in venture debt from J.P. Morgan. This significant capital injection is poised to propel Firestorm's innovative additive-manufacturing platform, enabling the expansion of engineering capabilities, the establishment of a larger production facility, and the enhancement of its partnership program.

The funding will further facilitate the accelerated in-theater production of versatile, affordable UAS and other mission-critical platforms, aligning with the Executive Order 14307
