Gather AI, a prominent provider of Physical AI solutions for the logistics industry, has successfully secured $40 million in Series B funding.

The funding round was led by Smith Point Capital Management and saw involvement from existing investors such as Bain Capital Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, Bling Capital, Dundee Venture Capital, and XRC Ventures, along with new investor The Hillman Company.

This latest investment brings the total funds raised by the company to $74 million, marking a significant milestone in its growth and development.
