Gridline, a platform for advisory firms to manage private market investments, has secured $18.5 million in Series A funding led by FINTOP. The investment will further Gridline's mission to provide a comprehensive platform for private market investing. Private market investments are increasingly crucial to client portfolios, yet many advisory firms still rely on disjointed tools and manual processes, leading to operational risk and limited scalability.

Gridline aims to address these challenges by offering a centralized platform that streamlines investment diligence, onboarding, execution, oversight, and reporting.

The funding will also support the development of AltComply, an AI-powered diligence capability, and expand the team across various areas including engineering, go-to-market, operations, and fund administration.
