HiddenLayer, a prominent AI security company, has announced securing a $100 million Series B funding round led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, and Booz Allen Ventures. CEO and Co-Founder, Chris Sestito, highlighted the company's mission to pioneer secure AI usage for enterprises, necessitating the expansion of the team and platform.

 

Furthermore, HiddenLayer experienced substantial growth over the past year, showcasing an increase in annual recurring revenue, signing over 50 new platform customers, and gaining international recognition. The company's advancement is underpinned by a proficient research team with numerous patents and ongoing contributions to the AI security community. The funding will enable HiddenLayer to focus on Agentic Runtime Security, providing visibility into AI agents' behavior in production, and securing Agentic Harnesses and Autonomous Coding Agents. The company's capabilities are designed to instill confidence in enterprises' AI usage as the significance of AI in core operations continues to grow.

 

Additionally, the funding will facilitate the expansion of the leadership team and further international market penetration. HiddenLayer specializes in safeguarding agentic, generative, and predictive AI applications across the AI lifecycle, while Delta-v Capital, the funding leader, focuses on accelerating technology companies' growth.
