Israeli Startup Onfire Raises $20M to Enhance B2B Sales Outreach with AI

Onfire, an Israeli startup, has secured $20 million in funding as it emerges from stealth mode. The company specializes in monitoring public forums to identify and capture buying signals from software developers. With the use of AI, Onfire helps B2B sales teams time and personalize their outreach efforts. The recent $14 million Series A funding round was co-led by Israeli VC firms, Grove Ventures and TLV Partners, with participation from IN Venture and LeumiTech77.
Onfire's founders, who are alumni of Israel Defense Forces' Unit 8200, aim to leverage their intelligence expertise in SaaS. The startup has already facilitated over $50 million in closed deals for its clients and counts ActiveFence, Aiven, Cyera, Port, and Spectro Cloud among its early users. Despite potential privacy concerns due to its founders' intelligence background, Onfire emphasizes the benefits of its tailored outreach approach.
By focusing on a data-centric strategy, the startup aims to differentiate itself in the market. Onfire plans to utilize the new funding to expand its team in AI, R&D, and sales, with a major focus on the U.S. market.
