Juniper Square Secures $130 Million in Series D Funding to Advance JunieAI for Private Markets

Juniper Square, a leader in connected fund software for private markets, has successfully raised $130 million in its Series D funding round. The investment, led by Ribbit Capital and backed by Fifth Wall, Redpoint Ventures, HighSage Ventures, and Blue Owl Capital, will be utilized to drive the development of JunieAI, an enterprise-grade AI solution tailored for private markets GPs. JunieAI aims to revolutionize private markets by integrating modern large language models with Juniper Square's fund system of record, scaled data model, comprehensive workflows, industry integrations, and robust security measures.

The CEO and Co-Founder, Alex Robinson, emphasized that JunieAI will empower GPs to adapt to the evolving private markets landscape, leveraging AI to turn disruption into opportunity. Nick Shalek, General Partner at Ribbit Capital, expressed confidence in Juniper Square's unique positioning to lead the private markets into the AI era, citing the company's enterprise-grade trust, enabling infrastructure, domain expertise, and structured data at scale as key strengths. Juniper Square's rapid growth, with over 100% 3-year CAGR in its fund administration business and expansion into Luxembourg, underscores its momentum in the private markets.

Capital, who highlighted the transformative benefits that JunieAI will deliver across the industry.
