Loop AI Secures $14M Series A Funding Led by Nyca Partners

Loop AI, a company providing enterprise-grade AI platform for restaurant and retail back office, has successfully concluded its $14M Series A funding round. Nyca Partners led the investment, with participation from Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio. As part of the funding, former Google and GoDaddy executive, Osama Bedier, will be joining Loop AI's Board of Directors as an investment partner at Nyca Partners.

The company's co-founder and CEO, Anand Tumuluru, highlighted the significance of the investment in empowering restaurants with the essential tools to thrive amidst evolving consumer preferences and delivery market dynamics. Loop AI's technology is aimed at enabling restaurant operators to optimize delivery strategies, maintain in-store level margins, and scale off-premise revenue. The funding will be utilized to expand Loop AI's product suite and grow its team across offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore.

Loop AI has witnessed significant growth since 2024, supporting thousands of restaurants through its agentic workflows. The company's technology has been instrumental in driving the explosive growth of the delivery segment for brands such as Lazy Dog and Starbird.

Loop AI's AI platform has been embraced by over 300 brands, both public and private, operating thousands of locations across the U.S. The company's mission is to make delivery more profitable for restaurant operators in the rapidly growing U.S. delivery market, projected to reach $1T with a 30% market share by 2035.
