MarqVision, the AI-powered managed service platform for brand control, has announced a Series B funding round of $48 million, bringing its total funding to $90 million. The round was led by Peak XV Partners, formerly known as Sequoia Capital India & SEA, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, HSG, Coral Capital, Michael Seibel, and returning investors Y Combinator, Altos Ventures, and Atinum Investment. With the new funding, MarqVision aims to accelerate its global expansion, drive product innovation, and advance its AI-powered managed service platform for global brands. The company is introducing a new approach to brand control, emphasizing the importance of owning every digital and physical touchpoint where a brand exists.

MarqVision's AI agents combined with IP legal expertise deliver faster and more effective enforcement outcomes. This strategic shift has led to significant growth, with 60% of its users coming from go-to-market functions like marketing, e-commerce, and sales. MarqVision has also revealed a comprehensive brand refresh to reflect its evolution into a leader in modern brand protection and revenue recovery. The company has experienced rapid adoption across 350 global companies in various industries, leading to a doubling of its annual recurring revenue (ARR) each year.

The funding round was led by Peak XV, with Salesforce Ventures and Coral Capital also joining as investors to support MarqVision's go-to-market and product initiatives, including its expansion into Japan. With offices in Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo, MarqVision has established a strong presence in Asia, a region known for active counterfeit and piracy networks. The company's AI engine provides services for detecting and removing instances of counterfeit, piracy, and impersonation across multiple online platforms and is setting a new standard for how brands control their digital presence.

MarqVision's mission is to empower legal and marketing departments to protect their brand while driving growth, ultimately reshaping the future of brand protection. MarqVision's AI-powered managed service platform has been recognized with an LVMH Innovation Award and the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies award in 2025.
