Mave Secures $34 Million to Accelerate AI-Powered, Agentic Security Defense Across Enterprises

Mave, an agentic security operations platform, announced a $34 million funding round to streamline threat detection, investigation, and response by unifying an enterprise’s fragmented security tools without requiring data ingestion into a centralized database. The round comprises a $28 million Series A led by Red Dot Capital Partners with participation from Lumir Growth Partners, and follow-on participation from existing investors Dell Technologies Capital and Emerge Ventures, who led Mave’s $6 million seed round. The capital will fuel frontier AI research, strengthen the product lineup for enterprises, and expand Mave’s global presence. Enterprises today face overwhelming volumes of data spread across dozens of security tools. Analysts often struggle to keep pace with threats, and a sizable share of security leaders say lack of enterprise-wide visibility remains the top obstacle to effective security operations.
In the United States, breaches caused by control failure continue to cost companies an estimated $30 billion annually, underscoring the need for rapid, contextual insight across complex digital environments. AI has accelerated attack speed, shrinking what once took hours or days to minutes. This evolution has exposed a fundamental limitation of traditional SIEM systems, which only offer a partial view of the environment. Critical context—such as configurations, identity states, ownership, and current running processes—often resides in tools outside the SIEM, forcing analysts to jump between systems and manually reconstruct events while the attack evolves. The challenge is not merely collecting more data but delivering a live, comprehensive understanding of an organization’s environment fast enough to outpace modern attackers. Mave’s approach starts from a simple premise: a skilled analyst with access to every security tool could correlate evidence and solve incidents if given enough time.
Mave turns this reasoning into a single, agentic defense system. The platform issues native-language queries to each tool, reconciles results into a unified account of what happened, and investigates all alerts within minutes. It eliminates false positives, surfaces active campaigns, and executes approved responses under team-defined guardrails. By working across the existing security stack, Mave extracts live context from each system as investigations unfold, while logging every query, decision, and action for full traceability.
Under the hood, Mave combines purpose-built workflows, fine-tuned security layers and models, and frontier large language models to handle high-volume tasks and complex reasoning. This enables security teams to reach a decision and an actionable path in near real time. As Raziel Oren, Mave’s Co-Founder and CEO, puts it: the goal is to reduce risk by providing AI that can keep pace with attackers, reveal its reasoning, and indicate when human judgment is required. While the initial focus is on security operations, the broader aim is to make AI a responsible, accountable component of modern enterprise protection. Industry observers note the SecOps market is ripe for reinvention. Red Dot Capital Partners’ Atad Peled commented that incumbents and attempts to replace them have faltered due to coverage decisions that are budget-driven rather than security-driven and not designed for AI agents. He added that Mave’s decoupling of the security work from the data layer closes the gap between data collection and actionable defense, improving intelligence as more systems are integrated. Mave already serves Fortune 50 firms and global managed security service providers, while also operating in tightly regulated sectors such as finance and healthcare where incident investigation and containment are paramount.
The platform has been deployed as a line of defense in several live attacks, helping isolate systems, disable compromised identities, and block malicious activity before breaches occur. In the past year, Mave has reported seven-figure deals and more than 400% ARR growth, with the product generally available worldwide at mave.com/platform. Founded in 2025 by cyber veterans Raziel Oren (an ex-8200 Captain who previously led go-to-market at Wing Security) and Guy Eshel (an ex-8200 Major and the first employee, later VP of R&D at Alterya before its acquisition by Chainalysis), Mave has grown to a team of 30 and plans to expand further, targeting growth in go-to-market efforts and AI research. The company continues to pursue expanded hiring and product development as it builds toward broader adoption across enterprise security operations.
For security teams, Mave presents a new paradigm: a hands-off yet fully auditable defense system that can operate at the speed of modern threats, reducing risk while providing clear insight into its reasoning and recommendations. The funding round will help Mave push ahead with AI research, broaden its product lines for larger enterprises, and increase its global footprint, with customers counting on the platform to deliver faster containment and enhanced visibility without forcing data consolidation. About Mave: Founded in 2025 by Raziel Oren and Guy Eshel, Mave is creating an agentic defense system for the modern enterprise. The company envisions AI-assisted security operations that keep pace with attackers, provide transparent reasoning, and require human oversight only where necessary. Mave serves enterprise and regulated industries and continues to expand its team and global reach following its funding milestone.
