Meadow Partners Raises $530 Million for Sixth Real Estate Fund

Meadow Partners, an institutional middle-market real estate private equity investor, has successfully raised $530 million for its latest fund, Meadow Real Estate Fund VI LP, along with co-investment vehicles. The capital was contributed by both new investors and existing partners, such as public pension plans and university endowments.

Fund VI will continue Meadow's proven track record of investing in opportunistic residential, industrial, and retail real estate, as well as preferred equity and distressed debt in New York City and London, and selectively in other major U.S. and U.K. markets. The fund has already invested $95 million in 10 opportunities.
