Moove, a global mobility company focused on building the operating layer for autonomous mobility, has successfully closed a US$250 million Series C funding round. The financing round was spearheaded by Mubadala Investment Company and co-led by Woven Capital, Toyota's Growth Fund, and Ion Pacific, resulting in a valuation of Moove at US$2.1 billion. Moove operates across 13 countries and 29 cities, with a fleet of approximately 42,000 vehicles and over 3,300 employees worldwide. The transaction was facilitated by a cross-border team from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, led by Head of the UAE Corporate Practice Shareholder Chadi Salloum and Corporate Shareholder Krishen Patel from the Dubai office, and Corporate Shareholder Cees v. Oevelen from Greenberg Traurig's Amsterdam office, supported by other team members.
