Nitra, a leading AI-native operating platform for healthcare practices, has announced $187 million in financing across its Series A and Series B rounds, venture debt, and warehouse facility, bringing its total capital raised to $205 million. The funding comes after a year of remarkable growth, with revenues increasing by over 740% in 2025, surpassing $1 billion in annualized processing volume. The financing includes $72 million of new equity across a $50 million Series B round and a previously unannounced $22 million Series A completed in August 2025. Investors include Actions Capital, AppWorks, Comma Capital, Dunamu & Partners, Era Funds, NEA, Pantera Capital, and Sazze Partners.

Additionally, the company secured $20 million in venture debt from Avenue Capital Group and an expanded $95 million warehouse facility. Dr. Richard Park, founder of CityMD, has joined Nitra's Board of Directors, bringing deep operational healthcare experience. Nitra's platform embeds AI agents directly into the operational backbone of practices, empowering physicians with control over their back office and administrative functions. The company has experienced exponential growth, now used by thousands of doctors in over 700 clinics and processing over $1 billion in annualized volumes.

Nitra is expected to cross over 3,000 clinics, with plans to expand its team and launch additional AI modules in 2026. The company aims to accelerate AI development, expand its engineering team, and scale its operating system across thousands of healthcare practices nationwide.
