PenFed Foundation Raises Over $1.3 Million to Support Veterans at Celebration of Service

The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes has successfully raised more than $1.3 million at its Celebration of Service event. This annual gathering, hosted at the iconic Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia, recognized and honored exceptional individuals, organizations, and advocates who have made significant contributions to the military, veteran, and aviation communities. The event, co-emceed by Pete Muntean and Andrea McCarren, celebrated the generosity and patriotism of donors supporting veterans.

During the ceremony, The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes presented awards and $25,000 grants to veterans and organizations that have positively impacted their communities. President/CEO of PenFed Credit Union and CEO of The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes, James Schenck, expressed pride in the Foundation's ongoing dedication to serving veterans and extended appreciation to donors.
