Resurgens Technology Partners has successfully raised $800 million for its Fund III, bringing the total raised by the private equity firm to over $1.5 billion across three funds. The firm specializes in investments in lower middle-market software companies in North America and Europe.

 Fund III will continue the firm's strategy of targeting majority investments in founder-owned software businesses, carve-out transactions, or venture-backed recapitalizations. Resurgens will leverage its market experience, reputation, and diverse value-creation team to build a portfolio of companies playing vital roles in their respective market segments.
