Samson Sky Secures $80 Million Investment for Switchblade Flying Car Production

Samson Sky, the company behind the innovative Switchblade Flying Car, has successfully obtained an $80 million investment from the Dubai-based Matin Group. This substantial funding will be utilized to establish the first 180,000 square foot production facility for the Switchblade in the U.S. Samson Sky has entered a Joint Investment Agreement with the Matin Group, signaling the commencement of a Joint Venture to expedite commercial production. An additional $20 million is still required to fully finance production. CEO and Founder of Samson Sky, Sam Bousfield, expressed pride in the partnership with the forward-thinking Matin Group.

 The Switchblade Flying Car, designed by Bousfield, boasts seating for two, luggage space, and the capability to function as both a driving and flying vehicle. Mustafa Matin, CEO of Matin Group, highlighted the significance of supporting innovative ventures like Samson Sky, emphasizing the creation of lasting value for society. Matin Group, headquartered in Dubai, specializes in structured project financing and strategic investments, with a focus on long-term value creation. Samson Motors, Inc., also known as Samson Sky, has been dedicated to developing the Switchblade Flying Car as a solution for regional travel.

The vehicle recently completed its official First Flight in November 2023, and Samson Sky is now gearing up for production to meet the global demand for this cutting-edge vehicle.
