Sigma360 Secures $17.3MM Series B Funding for Global Expansion of Risk Intelligence Platform

Sigma360, a leading AI platform for risk intelligence, financial crime prevention and compliance, has closed an oversubscribed $17.3MM Series B funding round. Moderne Ventures led the round with participation from Vocap Partners and Orrick, as well as follow-on investment from Contour Ventures and Mosaik Partners.

The company has achieved significant growth, reaching profitability in 2025, and now protects over $2 trillion in assets and company value. The new capital will be used to enhance Sigma360's risk intelligence datasets, expand AI automation capabilities, and bolster its global go-to-market presence. The funding will support Sigma360 in addressing the limitations of traditional KYC, AML, and screening systems and democratizing access to high-performance, purpose-built solutions. The company's mission is to strengthen the global financial system by delivering trusted AI-powered infrastructure that transforms how institutions prevent financial crime and manage risk.
