Smart Bricks addresses the need for an AI-native stack within the real estate sector, which currently lacks a comprehensive AI infrastructure despite the presence of over 100 million fragmented data sources and more than 1,000 meaningful variables for asset diligence globally. To bridge this gap, the company processes over one million proprietary and public data feeds and applies agentic AI to analyze supply, pricing, liquidity, regulation, and risk across global markets. The resulting platform automates up to 99% of the workflow - from valuation and underwriting through due diligence, negotiation, financing, and post-transaction support.
