SuperOps Raises $25 Million in Series C Round to Expand AI-Powered IT Tools

SuperOps, an Indian startup providing IT management tools for service providers and internal IT teams at enterprises, has secured $25 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at $200 million post-money. The funding will be used to enhance its AI capabilities and expand its market reach.
SuperOps aims to address the real-time support challenges faced by IT teams, particularly for remote teams and managed service providers (MSPs) catering to small and medium-sized enterprises with limited IT budgets. The company offers professional services automation (PSA), remote monitoring management (RMM) platform, network monitoring, and IT documentation, among other tools.
The latest funding round, led by March Capital with participation from Addition and Z47, follows a $12.4 million Series B raised last year.
SuperOps has experienced significant growth, with a customer base of 1,300 across 104 countries, primarily in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Australia.The startup plans to expand into the mid-sized enterprise market, target new geographies such as Latin America, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and open an office in London by the end of the year.
Moreover, it intends to enhance its AI-powered tools, including an upgrade to its GPT-powered AI assistant called Monica and the launch of an endpoint management tool for IT teams with limited resources. SuperOps, which currently employs 200 people, mainly in India and the U.S., plans to further scale its team to support its ambitious revenue growth target of 300% this year.
