Trmeric, the enterprise transformation platform powered by agentic orchestration, announced a $6.5 million oversubscribed seed round led by Hitachi Ventures, with participation from Schema Ventures, CerraCap Impact Venture Capital, FalconX Ventures, Executive Venture Fund, and notable angels including Gokul Rajaram, Yatish Mishra, and Shailesh Lakhani. The fresh capital will accelerate product innovation, widen customer adoption, and scale operations as Trmeric expands its footprint in complex transformation programs. The platform aims to solve a persistent problem for CIOs and business leaders: turning AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Transformation initiatives often stall when teams rely on spreadsheets, disparate tools, and tribal knowledge that evaporates when projects finish. While generic large language models speed up coding, they do not automatically connect strategy to outcomes. Trmeric solves this by linking transformation strategy, execution, and value realization within a single AI-driven system. At its core lies a living transformation repository that codifies an enterprise’s strategy, technology landscape, initiatives, resources, decisions, and outcomes.

Above it sits Tango, the agentic layer that orchestrates purpose-built agents covering planning, resource mobilization, execution, governance, reporting, and value measurement. Early adopters have redirected tens of millions of dollars from low-return projects, shortened planning cycles from months to days, and automated key PMO reporting and governance processes. Chief executive Siddharth Bohra notes that every transformation comprises hundreds of decision moments that determine ROI. Without a guided system, many initiatives fail to deliver expected value. Bohra and co-founder Debottam Datta, who spent years guiding Fortune 500s through tech-led transformations, built Trmeric from hands-on experience with ERP integrations, cyber security programs, cloud migrations, and AI deployments.

The duo collaborated with more than a dozen CIO design partners to map decisions, workflows, KPIs, risks, and signals between strategy and business results, forming a proprietary data model, ontology, and knowledge graph specific to transformation well before deployment. Veolia’s North America CIO, Balamurali Rengarajan, emphasizes that transformation strategy must be proven with live visibility, not static plans. Trmeric provides a structure that links IT initiatives directly to business outcomes, enabling clear investment prioritization and a live view of progress across a complex portfolio.

Hitachi Ventures’ Gayathri Radhakrishnan adds that the market needs a connected way to track AI and digital investment ROI, and Trmeric fills that gap by offering a system to guide capital toward measurable value. Trmeric’s founders and their design-partner program have built a platform that integrates foundation models with enterprise context, supporting transformation from strategy to realized value through an orchestration layer and a scalable network of agents.
